Depeg
A depeg is a period in which a stablecoin trades meaningfully away from its target value. Typical triggers are doubts about reserves, frozen or slow redemptions, a crash in the collateral backing the token, or liquidity draining from the pools where it trades. Steadyrain keeps a running record of major events in its stablecoin depeg tracker.
