BitVM
BitVM is a design for verifying arbitrary computation on Bitcoin without a soft fork, using an optimistic model: a claim is accepted unless someone proves it wrong on-chain. Its main application is bridges whose safety requires only one honest participant among the set that can challenge, rather than an honest majority of signers.
